Running Gait Analysis
Our Running Gait Analysis gives you a clear picture of how you move. Using treadmill assessment and video analysis, we break down your running mechanics frame-by-frame. You’ll learn exactly how your body is moving, where inefficiencies or stress points occur, and how these mechanics may be contributing to pain or limiting performance. Dr. Joe provides targeted education and practical cues you can use right away to improve form, efficiency, and confidence on every run.
Return to Running Programming
If you’re coming back from injury or dealing with recurring setbacks, our Return to Running Program is built for you. This customized program identifies and corrects the strength, mobility, and stability imbalances that are often the root cause of breakdowns.
