Cara J Bacher is an Occupational Therapist from New Jersey. She attended West Virginia University where she completed her Bachelors in Human Performance and Health and Masters of Occupational Therapy. During her time at WVU, she competed on the WVU Road Cycling Team and WVU Equestrian Team.

Cara is also a national instructor and NeuroRelease Technique Course Director with the Integrative Dry Needling Institute (IDN), providing continuing education on using manual therapy techniques within a neurologic model.
Cara lives in Bay Village, OH with her partner and four dogs. In her free time, she competes in gravel and fat bike cycling events, enjoys weightlifting, and loves spending time outdoors.
